Aprés Ski Le Praz
A popular haunt of seasonnaires and ski instructors located within a large catered snowboard chalet of the same name. Friendly, relaxed, well worth a visit.
In this basement bar, the drinks are cheap, the staff friendly and there's pool to keep you entertained. With well-worn leather sofas, it oozes laid back comfort and the large range of bottled craft beers behind the bar ensure that you stay relaxed.
They hold various promos throughout the week such as Mutzig Mondays (€4 a pint), Tapas Tuesdays (free tapas buffet from 16:30-18:30) and Wine Wednesday (all wines only €3 a glass) and free nibbles to boot. Given that they have a pretty impressive selection of wines from around the world, this is a deal not to be sniffed at!
With a roaring fire and comfy sofas you might not want to move once you stop here for a drink or a snack!
A great apres ski venue with a lively atmosphere but plenty of cosy corners for a more intimate experience. Situated within the Hotel Les Peupliers it is a good place to finish off you day if you are staying in Courchevel Le Praz

Weekly live music, pool tables and decent comfort food including pizzas, steaks, burgers and sharing platters make this place a popular haunt. Revamped and redesigned from what used to be L’Escourchevel (aka the pizzeria) it is a happy lively place until late.
The bar opens at 16:00 until the early hours of the morning. Once the restaurant has finished serving there is a band playing live music every Tuesday and Friday. Bands such as Queen's of the Snow Stage, Al Jones Band, The Wingmen and the Dominos are regulars.
Serving the particularly potent Mutzig beer, a favourite in the Alps, along with less hangover inducing beers like Kronenbourg, 1664, Carlsberg, Guiness and, of course, Elephant beer. Vodka Freeze is another popular tipple here, a combination of slush puppy and vodka, a useful drink to cool you down when the evening gets hot and steamy!
The bar is open daily during the winter season, serving wine and tapas from 16:00 to 00:00 and the restaurant is open Monday to Saturday from 19:00 to 22:30. Alternatively, you could start your Sunday gently with a relaxed Brunch between 11:00 and 16:00. With super-friendly service and great food and wine, this local secret won't stay secret for long so make this wine bar a must on your next visit.

The bar offers a warm and friendly atmosphere where you can relax by the fireplace after a day on the mountains.
Open from 4pm, you can grab a quick “goûter” along with a variety of teas and coffee. On the menu, you will also find a good selection of smoothies, other alcohol free cocktails, fresh fruits and vegetable juices and even a “mocktails” menu for children!
If you fancy something a little stronger, the friendly and welcoming bar staff will present you with their worldwide selection of aperitifs, cocktails and whisky, as well as a choice of more than 25 cocktails to tickle your taste buds.
When you're feeling a little peckish, you'll enjoy the delightful appetiser menu to indulge in along with your drinks.
